flickcurl-utils software package provides utilities to call the Flickr API from command line, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flickcurl-utils
flickcurl-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flickcurl-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flickcurl-utils *
You will get with flickcurl-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
